2021: Appearing in 24 matches, Sydney was first on the team in service aces with 14 and first in digs with 200. She also had 27 assists. She had a season-high 30 digs versus Occidental College.

HS: Sydney played four years of volleyball at Van Alstyne High School in Van Alstyne, Texas. While there, she received all-state volleyball honors in 2019. She was also a member of the tennis team and received All-Texomaland tennis honors and was a regional qualifier in 2021.
