Biography

HS-A 2008 graduate of Frenship high school in Lubbock, Texas, Kelsey was a 1st team All-Region selection as a senior. She helped lead her team to the regional quarterfinals winning the Bi-district and Area titles. Kelsey was also a regional qualifier in track 2005-2008. Kelsey was an Academic All-District selection in cross country, basketball, and track.
