2010- Tamika led Howard Payne in kills with 322 (6th in ASC) and kills per game with 3.50. She was also third in service aces on the team with 33. Tamika recorded over 15 kills in a match ten times in 2010. She was named Second Team ASC All-West Division, Academic All-Conference and to the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team.

2009- Tamika was named First Team All-West Division in the American Southwest Conference and named to the 2009 ASC Fall Academic All-Conference list. . She finished the 2009 season with 313 kills, putting her no. 1 on the team and sixth in the ASC. She was second on the team in digs with 278 and second in service aces with 29.

2008- Temike led the Lady Jackets in Kills with 304 and Digs with 370. She was also among the leaders in blocks and led in serve aces with 53. He season high in digs came against Concordia Texas with 35 and in kills with 19 against LeTourneau. Being ASC West Division Player of the Week twice, she was also honored as the ASC West Division Freshman of the Year award and 1st Team All-West Division honors as an outside hitter.

HS-Tamika was a three-year letter winner in volleyball at Smithson Valley high school helping lead her team to three consecutive playoff appearances. She was named Honorable Mention All-District in 2005, 1st team All-District in 2006, and 2nd team All-District in 2007. She also excelled in the classroom named Academic All-District in 2005-2007, Academic All-State in 2007, and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal-She is the daughter of Len and Tammy Heline and has one younger brother. Currently she is undecided in what she wants to study.
