2008-09- Elaine was one of two players to start every game for the Lady Jackets. She had her best season as a Lady Jacket so far averaging 8.3 points and 6.1 rebounds a game. . She was named ASC Honorable Mention All-West Division and to the 2009 ASC Women's Basketball All-Tournament Team. 

2007-08-Elaine played in 32 games and averaged 4.3 points per game and 3.9 rebounds per game. Her season highs came against Texas Lutheran with 14 points and 11 rebounds. 

2006-07-Averaging 6.4 minutes per game as a freshman, Elaine had a total of 48 rebounds and 68 points during the 06-07 season. Her season highs came against Simmons College and Fisk University scoring 8 points in each game and pulled down 8 rebounds against Fisk. 

HS-Elaine graduated from Lorena High school of Lorena, Texas where she received the following honors: As a sophomore – 18-3A Second Team All District, Regional Tournament All Tournament Team, Team Regional Finalist; Junior – Defensive Player of the Year, Regional Tournament All Tournament Team, TABC All Region Team, Waco Tribune Herald First Team Super Centex, All Tournament Team of Grandview and Crawford Tournaments and Team Regional Semi-Finals; Senior – District Most Valuable Player, Waco Tribune Herald First Team Super Centex, Regional Tournament All Tournament Team, TABC All Region Team, All State Team, All Star Team, TGCA All State Team, All Star Team, MVP Crawford Tournament, All Tournament Team of Lorena Tournament, Texas Magazine All State Team, Team Captain, and Team Regional Finalist. 

Personal- While at Howard Payne, Elaine has received the award of Favorite Female Freshman. Elaine’s future goals include one day having a happy family. She is the daughter of Boyd and Vicki Hobbs and has one brother.
