2021: Appearing in nine games for the Yellow Jackets, David recorded seven hits in 24 at-bats with two doubles and one RBI. He also recorded the Runs. David had a season-high three hits versus UT Dallas.

2020: Appearing in 10 games and starting in three of them, David tallied three hits and two RBIs in 14 at bats, drilling a home run in a win over LeTourneau.  He registered four runs on the year.  As a fielder, David recorded nine catches and seven putouts.  He was named to the Academic All-Conference team at the end of the season.

Previous School: David is a transfer from Hesston Junior College in Hesston, Kansas. He help his team with a fielding percentage of .973 his sophomore year.

High School: David was homeschooled through high school.

Personal: David is majoring in Business Finance. His parents are Valdis and Julie Berzins and has five siblings.
