Nick Forde joins the Howard Payne coaching staff as a graduate assistant after a respectable playing career at Northwestern State University where he started in 36 games. Forde primarily played in the secondary as a free safety, strong safety, and nickelback, and was twice selected as a captain of the Demon defense.
 
Forde is originally from Desoto, TX, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2019.
