Riley Bell joined the Howard Payne football staff as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2018. During his first season he coached the H-Backs and has since been promoted to full-time Wide Receivers coach. 
 
Bell is a native of Portage, MI and attended Cornell College (IA) where he played wide receiver for the football team and received his bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics. 

Bell is also pursuing his Master’s of Business Administration at HPU and is on pace to finish that degree in the spring of 2020.
