2011-12- Travis played in 20 games for the Jackets averaging 2.8 points per game. He had a season high 12 points versus Sul Ross State and pulled down four rebounds at East Texas Baptist.

HS/College: Travis is a 2010 graduate of Wylie High School in Abilene, Texas where he helped lead the Bulldogs to the 2010 Regional Championship. He lettered three years in Basketball and earned 2nd Team All-District honors, 2008 Newcomer of the Year, and Joshua HS All-Tournament Team. Prior to coming to HPU, he attended Ranger College.

Personal: Travis is the oldest son of Robert Taillet and Paige Taillet of Abilene, Texas and has four younger siblings, one brother and three sisters. He is an Accounting and Math Education major who has the ambitions of making a career out of what he loves; either coaching basketball and teaching math or accounting.
