2023: Starting in all 27 games for the Lady Jackets, Perkkio recorded 22 hits, 12 runs, and 13 RBI as well as five stolen bases. On the defensive side, she totaled 33 putouts. Perkkio was a CSC Academic All-District and Academic All-Conference selection as well.

2022: Starting in 36 games for the Lady Jackets, Perkkio recorded 23 hits, eight runs scored, and seven RBI. As a fielder, she put together 49 putouts and 52 assists. Perkkio was an Academic All-Conference selection as well.

Previous: Alexia played one year of college softball at North Central Texas College in Gainesville, Texas, before transferring to Howard Payne.

HS: Alexia played four years of varsity softball at Caldwell High School in Caldwell, Texas. In her time there, Alexia was named First-Team All-District three times, Second-Team All-District one time, Academic All-District four times, and MVP one time. She also participated in volleyball, FFA, and FCA.

Personal: Alexia is the daughter of Devin and Crystal Perkkio and has one sibling. She is majoring in math education and aspires to be a coach and teacher.
