2018: Had a season high 14 blocks versus Paul Quin College while playing in 25 matches for the Lady Jackets. Was second on the team in total kills with 168. Doering was recognized as an ASC Honorable Mention All-West Division selection. She also was successful in the classroom being named Academic All-Conference and to the ASC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete team for volleyball.

2017:Played all 29 of the Lady Jacket Volleyball games, with a total of 166 kills for the season, her season high being 14 kills against Sul Ross State. Was named Academic All-Conference.

2016: Played in 27 matches as a freshman recording over 10 kills in a matches 12 times for the Lady Jackets. She had a season high 17 kills versus Concordia Texas and season high four blocks versus UT Dallas. Finished second on the team in total kills with 236.
 
HS: Graduated from Little Elm High School in 2016 where she played four years of varsity volleyball. Doering was as an All-District Honorable Mention, an All-District Academic First Team selection and served as a varsity captain.

Personal: Kailey is the daughter of Joel and Lori Doering and she has one sibling. She plans on becoming an elementary teacher and is majoring in elementary education.
