BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University women's tennis team lost 8-1 to the University of Texas at Dallas Friday afternoon at the Nabers Tennis Center.
ResultsThe Lady Jackets dropped all three doubles matches narrowly losing the number three doubles spot.

Callie Molloy fell 8-6 to Emily Nguyen and Kelly Reed of UT-Dallas.
Callie Molloy would pick up the only point for Howard Payne playing in the number six singles spot defeating Kelly Reed of UTD 3-6, 6-3, 10-8.
Howard Payne is now 4-6 overall and 0-1 in American Southwest Conference West Division play. UT-Dallas stands at 2-6 overall and 1-0 in league play. The Lady Jackets will play next on Tuesday, March 29th at home versus Southwestern University. It will be a 3:30 pm start time at the Nabers Tennis Center.
