Jackets Tie ASC Record In Loss

BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University baseball team tied the American Southwest Conference record for triples in a season with 28 in a 14-6 non-conference loss to Schreiner University Tuesday afternoon.

Three Howard Payne fielding errors and a seven-run 6th inning for Schreiner led to a 14-6 outcome for the Mountaineers.
