Brownwood, Texas - The Howard Payne Volleyball Club hosted the Lady Roos of Austin College in a non-conference season finally at the Coliseum on Thursday night. The Lady Jackets dropped the Senior Day affair in straight sets to the Roos.

Austin College took at three sets by the scores of 25-15 in the first and 25-16 in the next two. Mya Ross, Mitsue Rodriguez, and Shaylyn Wise all had 5 kills in the contest. Ciara Chappel had 3 blocks and Kaitlyn Elsten added 14 assists. Kylee Shirley also had 16 digs for the Lady Jackets.

Christian Wilson and Kailey Doering were honored prior to the contest as the two seniors in the program. 

On the offensive side of the net, Mya Ross finished the season leading the Lady Jackets in kills with 173 and serves aces with 15, Kaitlyn Elsten led in assists with 206. Defensively, Kylee Shirley tallied 270 digs and Amaya Marshall had 32 blocks. 

The Lady Jackets finish the season 2-25, 0-15 in ASC play.
