BROWNWOOD, Texas - The Howard Payne University men's tennis team fell 7-0 to D-II Dallas Baptist University Friday afternoon at the Nabers Tennis Center.

After dropping the doubles points 6-2, 6-0, 6-0, the Yellow Jackets would struggle in singles play with each losing all in straight sets.

Jonathan Villareal fared best for the Jackets falling in number six singles 6-3, 6-4 to Matthew Dayman of DBU.

The Jackets will play next on Saturday at home versus Texas Lutheran University at 1:00 pm.
