LINCOLN, NE - The Howard Payne University men's basketball team fell 83-58 to the University of Wisconsin- River Falls on day two of the Nebraska Wesleyan University Snyder Classic.
In a game that featured 19 lead changes, Wisconsin-River Falls would hold Howard Payne to just seven points over the final 10 minutes of the game to secure the 83-58 final.
Wisconsin-River Falls outrebounded Howard Payne 52-38 and held the Yellow Jackets to 31.3% shooting from the field in the game.
The Yellow Jackets were led by 
Myles Brown with 14 points followed by 
Jaylan Ballou with 13 points and eight rebounds. 
Jerren Godfrey and 
Fredrick Watts added 11 and 10 points respectively.
UWRF was led by Noah Hanson with 18 points and nine rebounds.
Howard Payne is now 2-4 overall and UWRF stands at 5-2 on the season. The Yellow Jackets will play next on Thursday, Dec. 2nd at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. It will be a 7:30 pm start time.
