TEXARKANA, Texas - The Howard Payne University women's tennis team fell 9-0 to Texas A&M University-Texarkana this week in non-conference action on the road.

The Lady Jackets dropped the doubles matches 8-2 and 8-3 and the singles matches in straight sets.

Howard Payne was playing down one player so the Lady Jackets lost the number three doubles and number six singles by default.

The Lady Jackets will play next on Sat., March 26th in Abilene, Texas versus conference opponent Hardin-Simmons University at 10:00 am.
