Howard Payne
Following a 35-11 victory over Austin College at home last week, the Yellow Jackets still remain the top-rated offense and defense in the American Southwest Conference.

HPU leads the ASC in interceptions with 11 and in rush defense allowing just 85.6 yards per game through six games.

The Jacket offense is led by Landon McKinney and is atop the ASC in multiple categories, Passing Yards (362.8), Off. Efficiency (160.9), Total Offense (499.2), and Scoring Offense (41.0).

This is the 81^st meeting between the two programs with Howard Payne winning the last five games.

McMurry
The War Hawks lead the ASC in sacks with 18 and have one of the top rushing defenses in the league.

Jess Hoel has taken the most snaps at QB for McMurry with nine TD throws and ten interceptions.

Hoel and Drew Hagler are their top ball carriers each averaging just under 2.5 yards per carry.

Timothy Leatherman is McMurry's top tackler with 32 on the year and Marshall Tovar leads them in sacks with 4.5 on the year.
