RICHARDSON, Texas – The American Southwest Conference today announced 2025 ASC Softball awards and all-conference teams, and nine Howard Payne University Lady Jackets were recognized.

Elise Munoz - 3rd Team All-Conference – Outfield
A CSC Academic All-District honoree, Elise Munoz was selected to the 2025 ASC Softball All-Tournament Team. The senior outfielder was 2-for-3 at the plate in the opening round game of the ASC Championship Tournament. On the year, Munoz was fourth in the ASC in hitting pct. at .443 and third in on-base pct. at .552. She is also in the top ten in the league in five other offensive categories.

McKeanne Saenz – 3rd Team All-Conference – Third Base
Playing in all 40 games for the Lady Jackets, McKeanne Saenz had a .350 average at the plate with 14 runs on 36 hits and five doubles. She had nine multi-hit games on the year.

Jailyah Rodriguez - 3rd Team All-Conference – DP
With a .314 average at the plate, Jailyah Rodriguez recorded 16 hits, scoring 6 runs with 3 doubles, and 6 RBI.

Heaven Serna - 3rd Team All-Conference – UTL
Starting in 12 of 21 games played for HPU, Heaven Serna recorded three walks in 22 at-bats.

Annie-Klein Allgood – HM All-Conference – First Base
Leading the team in doubles on the year with nine, Annie-Klein Allgood had a .354 average at the plate 40 hits and a team-high 17 RBI. She also had nine appearances pitching on the year.

Madison Garza - HM All-Conference – Second Base
Batting .320 at the plate, Madison Garza recorded 24 hits and scored 15 runs for the Lady Jackets. She finished the year with 2 doubles and 9 RBI.

Alyana Salazar - HM All-Conference – Shortstop
Playing in 37 games for HPU, Alyana Salazar recorded 14 hits while scoring 7 runs.

Ashley Blaylock - HM All-Conference – Outfield
Starting in 35 of 37 games played in for HPU, Ashley Blaylock had 20 hits scoring 8 runs with six doubles and 15 RBI.

Ava Aviles - HM All-Conference – Pitcher
With 16 starts and 23 appearances for the Lady Jackets pitching, Ava Aviles struck out 22 on the year and threw a team-high 87.1 innings.
