2009- Zach led the ASC in passing yards per game 3140 yards total (314.0 per game) and total offense 3210 yards (321.0 per game). He also set a new ASC record by totaling 608 yards of total offense in a heart-breaking 51-45 loss to Louisiana College. His offensive yardage total broke the old record set by former HPU signal caller Adam King (512 passing, 83 rushing) in the 2004 season. He was named ASC player of the week and to the D3football.com national team of the week. He also received 2nd team All-Conference honors.

2008- Zach started 8 of the 10 games at Quarterback for Howard Payne. He threw for 1,587 yards and 12 touchdowns. He averaged 158.7 yards a game passing, those stats made him fifth in yards gained per game in ASC, as well as leading Howard Payne to having the third best passing attack in the ASC.

2007- Zach saw time as QB on varsity playing in 4 games and threw 4 completions for 44 yards. 

HS- He is a 2006 graduate of Shepherd High School where he lettered in several sports including football and basketball. Zach was named to the 1st Team All-District in football his junior and senior year. 

Personal- Zach is majoring in Exercise Sport Science with minor in Mathematics and plans to be a high school football coach and teach math. He is the son of Donald and Ginger Hubbard and has 2 siblings.
