2012: Allyson recorded seven kills, and 11 service aces. Had the second highest number of assist on the team and recorded 114 digs in her 23 matches played for the Lady Jackets.

HS/College: Allyson is a 2010 graduate Kennedale High School in Kennedale, Texas where she lettered 2 years in volleyball and a year in track. As a member of the Lady Wildcats athletic program, she earned 1st Team All-District honors. Prior to arriving at HPU, she attended Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas and New Mexico Highlands University in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She was a member of the Hill College team she was named to the 2010 NCJAA All-Academic team. At New Mexico Highlands she was a part of a Rocky Mountain Conference tournament qualifier team, the first for NMHU since 2005. 

Personal: Allyson is the daughter of Regina and Philip Reed from Arlington, Texas. She is the older sister of 2 younger brothers and 2 younger sisters.  She is an Athletic Training major who has plans of becoming a high school or collegiate athletic trainer.
