2013- Edgar started 13 of 14 games played in this season. Villa scored his only goal of the season versus Dallas Christian College. Seven of his 11 shots this season were on goal. He was also named to the Academic All-Conference team and was named to the ASC Distinguished Scholar Athlete team.

2012: Edgar started in 12 of 16 matches played in for the Jackets. He took six shots on goal and recorded two assists. 

HS/College: Eddie is a 2010 graduate of West Mesquite High School in Mesquite, Texas. As a member of the Wrangler soccer team, he lettered all 4 years in soccer.  Prior to coming to HPU, he attended Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. As a member of the Bronco soccer team, he helped lead Hastings to capture the 2010 NAIA National Championship title, with a 25-0 record.

Personal: Eddie is from Balch Springs, Texas.  He is the son of Juan Villa and Leticia Villa and has 2 brothers.  He is a Business Administration major and Psychology minor who is striving to become a young entrepreneur.
