2020-21: Starting in all 16 games played for the Yellow Jackets, Jaylan led the team in steals with 39. He averaged 7.8 points per game and was second on the team in rebounding, averaging 5.7 a game. He had a season-high 13 points at Sul-Ross State. He recorded a double-double once this season and had a season-high 15 assists versus Concordia.

2019-20: Jaylan Ballou started in 18 of 24 games played in for the Yellow Jackets last season. Ballou averaged 5.2 points per game and 4.0 assists per game (7th in the ASC). He was named to the American Southwest Conference Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team for men's basketball.

2018-19: Did not play

2017-18 (Angelina College): Started in 2 of 5 games played in for the Roadrunners averaging 2.4 ppg and 2.0 apg.

2016-17 (UNLV): Played in five games for the UNLV Running Rebels scoring two points on just two shots. 

HS: A 2016 graduate of St. Paul High School in Santa Fe Springs, Calif. ... Lettered three years on varsity at point guard ... Averaged 17 points and nine assists per game as a senior ...
