2020-21: Appearing in 11 games for the Yellow Jackets, Jacob had six points, two rebounds, and two assists for the season.

HS: Jacob was a four-year starter at Denton Calvary Academy in Denton, Texas.  He earned First Team All-District accolades all four years, while also receiving First Team All-State and Academic All-State honors.  He also started in football for three years.

Personal: Jacob is the son of Jay and Liz Helzer and has two siblings.  He is pursuing a degree in Business and hopes to own his own business.
