Biography

2020-21: Playing in 16 games for Lady Jackets, Kayla led the ASC in block shots at 1.8 per game, and she recorded four blocks in a game four times. She had a season-high 13 points at the University of the Ozarks. 

HS: A four-year letter in basketball, Kayla was a team captain and most valuable player at Legacy High School in Spring, Texas.  She played AAU basketball for the Houston Elite.

Personal: Kayla is the daughter of Keith and Elizabeth Brigance and has two sisters.  She is majoring in Education and hopes to become an elementary teacher.
