2023: A CSC Academic All-District selection, Spencer appeared in 87 sets across 24 games for HPU while starting in 20 of them. Spencer finished second for the Lady Jackets in total blocks with 63, 15 of them solo. She also recorded 28 digs. On the offensive side, Spencer recorded 131 kills to go along with seven assists and one ace. She was an Academic All-Conference selection as well.

2022: An All-Conference Honorable Mention, Spencer started in all 26 games for the Lady Jackets and finished second on the team in kills with 166. She also recorded 12 service aces and 16 assists. As for defense, Rylee totaled 39 blocks and 48 digs. Spencer was also a CSC Academic All-District and ASC Academic All-Conference selection.

2021: Appearing in 20 matches, Rylee led the team in blocks with 42. She also had 90 kills. She had a season-high 12 kills versus LeTourneau. Rylee received ASC Academic All-Conference.

HS: Rylee played three years of varsity volleyball at Boyd High School in Boyd, Texas. While there, she was named District Newcomer of the year. She was a two-time first-team All-District selection as well as a two-time All Wise County Team Selection. Rylee also participated in basketball and track.

Personal: Rylee is the daughter of Kent and Kristen Spencer and has one sibling. She is majoring in kinesiology and aspires to be a volleyball or basketball coach.
