2019-20: Due to injury, did not see action on the court.

HS: While in high school Aliyah led her team to the regional tournament. She was named District 17-4A Newcomer of the Year and the Fighting Lady Cadet Award. McKoy was a four-time varsity letter. While in high school Aliyah ran track where she qualified for regionals in the 4x1 and 4x2. While in school, she was also involved with photography and band.

Personal: A 2019 graduate of Connally high school in Lacy-Lakeview, Texas. Aliyah is the daughter of Rodney and Linda McKoy. Aliyah is majoring in Kinesiology.
