2014-15: Jessica started 16 of 25 games for the Lady Jackets. She averaged 3.2 ppg and 4.0 rpg. She recorded a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds versus Concordia Texas.

2013-14: Started in one of 23 games played in for Howard Payne. She scored 33 points and grabbed 54 rebounds with nine steals for the year. She recorded a season high 12 rebounds versus Sul Ross State.

2012-2-13- Jessica saw action in 13 games for the Lady Jackets scoring multiple times on the season.  She scored a season high of six points against Texas Lutheran University also had a season high of five rebounds against Mary Hardin-Baylor.

HS: Jessica is a 2012 graduate of Canutillo High School in El Paso, Texas where she graduated in the Top 10% of her class and on the A/B Honor Roll.  As a member of the Lady Eagles athletics, she lettered 3 years in basketball and 2 years in track.  She helped take the Lady Eagles to both the Area and Regional basketball championships.  She was named 1st Team All-District and team MVP in basketball, was the Heart of An Eagle Track and Field award winner and a 2011 & 2012 Regional track and field qualifier.  Academically, she was a member of the National Honor Society and was voted by her teachers a Golden Eagle Award recipient.  She was involved with Big Brother and Big Sisters and served as Student Council President and an officer in the Family, Career, Community, and Leaders of America.

Personal: Jessica is a Psychology major from El Paso, Texas. She is the daughter of Ruben and Shannon Galaviz.  She has 2 younger brothers, 2 younger sisters, and an older sister.
