2013: Jake started 34 of 35 games played in for HPU. He had 35 hits in 102 at bats for a near team high .343 avg. He had three doubles, one triple, nine runs batted in and scored 19 times. He lead the Jackets in stolen bases with 14 (14 of 20). Sadler led the American Southwest Conference in on base percentage at .477. For his efforts, he was named 2nd Team All-West Division.

2012:Jake started in 13 of 21 games recording 13 hits in 42 at bats. He had four doubles, five runs batted in and scored nine times.

HS: Jake is a 2011 graduate of Liberty Hill High School in Liberty Hill, Texas where he graduated with the President’s Award for GPA.  While playing for the Panthers, he was a member of the 2007 3A State Championship football team, 2008 3A State Semi-Finalist team, and 2007-2009 3A State Baseball Quarterfinalist team. He lettered 4 years in baseball and 3 years in football and earned numerous honors.  His honors include 1st Team All-District (Baseball and Football), Panther Football team Captain, 2010 Panther Football Tackle Leader.

Personal: Jake is a Business major from Liberty Hill, Texas. He is the only son of Davie and Shelley Sadler and has one younger sister.
