Biography

2017: Chad finished the season with a 2-0 record on the mound appearing in 11 games for the Jackets. He recorded 11 strikeouts in 20.1 innings of work and finished the season with a 7.08 ERA.

2016: Tallied a 1-1 record while pitching in a total of 31 innings for the Yellow Jackets. 
Struck out eight batters and registered a career-high two strikeouts in a 3-1 victory over Southwestern Assemblies of God.

2015: Recorded a 2-0 record and four strikeouts while seeing time in 9.4 innings as a pitcher.

2014: Appeared in two games and faced five hitters while pitching 1.1 innings as a freshmen.

High School: Anders is a 2013 graduate of Midlothian HS in Midlothian, Texas. As a member of the Panthers’ baseball team, he guided them to the 2013 District Championship crown.  During the 2011 season, he pitched a no hitter against Duncanville HS.

Personal: Chad is from Midlothian, Texas. He is the son of Tracy Moore and Bill Anders and has an older brother.  He is a Communications major who has the aspiration of becoming a United States Marine and attending graduate school.
