2015: Playing in all ten games for Howard Payne last season, Justin rushed for 348 yards on 83 attempts to finish with an average of 33.5 rushing yards per game. Justin also caught 16 passes for 160 yards and scored one touchdown.

2014:  Playing in ten games for the Yellow Jackets, Justin scored his only touchdown of the season opener against Trinity University. He had his best game this season against Louisiana College with 11 carries for 41 yards and two receptions for 26 yards.

2013: Justin played in four games as a freshamn for the Yellow Jackets. His best game this season was against Texas Lutheran with six carries for 10 yards.

HS: Justin is a 2013 graduate of Memorial High School in Pasadena, Texas. While playing for the Mavericks he helped lead the team to three 5-A State Playoff appearances. He lettered three years in football earning 2nd Team All-District honors at Fullback and team offense MVP.  Additionally, he participated in Fellowships of Christian Athletes and Family Career and Community Leaders of America. 

Personal: Justin is from Pasadena, Texas. He is the son of Susana Acosta. He has a sister and three older brothers.  He is an Education and Kinesiology major who has the ambitions of becoming a high school head football coach.
