Biography

2015: Darron played in nine games for Howard Payne and had one pass breakup and 1.5 tackles for loss while accumulating 20 tackles.

2014: Played in five games and recorded eight tackles for the Jackets.

2013: Did not see time on the field for Howard Payne.

HS/College: Darron is a 2013 graduate of Trimble Technical HS in Ft. Worth, Texas, earning letters in football, baseball, and track.  As a member of Bulldogs football team, he earned the honor of team Defensive Back of the Year.  Prior to arriving at HPU, he attended Wiley College, in Wiley, Texas.

Personal: Darron is from Ft. Worth, Texas. He is the eldest son of Derrick and Carla Perry and has a younger sister and younger brother.  He is an aspiring Business management major who has the dream of becoming a business owner.
