2015-2016: Started in 17 while playing in all 28 games for the Yellow Jackets during her junior season. Sarahi was second on the team with a 9.1 points per game average and led the team in rebounds, pulling down 7.3 rebounds per game. She matched her career high, 19 points, three times over the season and had a career high 15 rebounds during a win vs. Alverno College. Castillo was also recognized by the ASC as an All-Academic Honor Roll recipient.

2014-2015: Played in 26 games for Howard Payne averaging 5.5 ppg and 4.0 rpg. She scored a season high 16 points versus Sul Ross State and grabbed a season high seven rebounds versus LeTourneau.

2013-2014: Started six of 24 games played in for Howard Payne. She averaged 3.5 ppg and 3.3 rpg. With 11 block shots on the year, she scored a season high 12 points versus Illinois Wesleyan.

High School: Sarahi is a 2013 graduate of Montwood High School in El Paso, Texas where she lettered three years in basketball. As a member of the Lady Rams, she earned Honorable Mention All-District honors.

Personal: Sarahi is an Exercise and Sport Science major and is the daughter of Maria Medina and Larry Medina. She has one older brother.
