Biography

2009- Garret received Second Team All-West Division honors as a catcher. He started in 35 games for the Yellow Jackets with 132 at bats, drove in 31 RBIs, and hit 6 doubles and 4 home runs. Garret also had 3 triples, scored 24 runs, and came away with a .371 batting average on the year.

2008- Garett attended Cisco Junior College in 2007 before transferring to Howard Payne. 

HS- Garett is a 2007 graduate from Vista Ridge High School where he lettered in baseball. He played catcher and second base. 

Personal- He is an Exercise and Sports Science major and plans on being a baseball coach after graduation. He is the son of Tom and Dewana Isom and has one older sister.
