2013: Dillon recorded six runs on eight hits in 31 at bats for the Jackets. He started 8 of 13 games and had a triple and a homerun on the year. He was named Academic All-Conference.

2012: Recorded just one at bat in four games he appeared in for Howard Payne.

HS: Dillon is a 2011 graduate of Dunhum School in Baton Rouge, Lousiana where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. While playing for the Tigers, he led the team to the Louisiana state play-offs.  He lettered one year in baseball and earned first-team All-District honors.  Prior to attending Dunhum, he played at Tomball High School in Tomball, Texas.

Personal: Dillon is from Tomball, Texas.  He is son of Debbie Brittan and Kevin McDugle.  He has one older brother and 2 younger sisters. He is a Math major with a minor in education (teaching certification) who plans on becoming a math teacher and coach.
