College: Attended Sam Houston State in Hunstville, Texas before transferring to Howard Payne.

HS: Graduated from East Chambers High School in 2014 where he helped his football team reach the playoffs three times while also winning one Bi-District championship. Guillory was a three time first team All-District selection as a defensive back and a two time second team All-District selection as a wide receiver as well. Also played three years of varsity basketball and track, helping the track team win the 4X100 district area championship.

Personal: Jarrod is the son of Robert and Lesia Guillory and he has three siblings. He is majoring in Kinesiology and wants to become a coach or an occupational therapist in the future. He has been an active member of the National Honor Society, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Student Council, Gulf Coast Youth Organization and the Little Dribblers Association.
