Abilene, Texas- The Howard Payne Lady Jacket Volleyball team lost a conference match to Hardin-Simmons University on Oct. 6th.
HPU dropped all three sets to the Cowgirls, a team that could be battling for a future conference championship 25-15, 25-18, 25-17.
Zhartaezia Bradley led both teams with 14 kills, McKenna Walker had 26 assists and Christian Wilson posted 7 digs.
Hardin Simmons is now 13-7 overall and 5-5 in ASC play which is good for 4th in the West, currently. Howard Payne has dropped to 2-16 on the season and 1-10 in conference play.
The Lady Jackets will be on the road Tuesday, October 9th, in Hobbs, New Mexico to take on The University of the Southwest. You can find links to live stats and video at HPUSports.com.
