2014:Had 52 tackles, 35 solo with one INT and three pass breakups for the Jackets.  He was for the second time named Academic All-Conference. Was named a team captain by his teammates.

2013: Had 49 tackles, 28 solo and four for loss. He also had five pass breakups. He was named Academic All-Conference for his work in th classroom. He was named to the Outstanding Sportsman Team of the Year by the American Southwest Conference.

2012: Playing in nine games as a freshman, he recorded 45 tackles, 24 solo, along with two interceptions (tied for best on the team).

HS: Xavier is a 2012 graduate of Caprock High School in Caprock, Texas, where he served as team captain for the Longhorn football team. As a 3-year letterman, he helped take the team to back to back 4-A state play-off appearances in 2010 and 2011.  Academically, he was a member of the National Honor Society, Drug and Alcohol Prevention group, and National Society of High School Scholars. 

Personal: Xavier is an Exercise and Sports Science major from Amarillo, Texas.  He has 6 siblings; 3 younger brothers, 2 younger sisters, and an older sister.  Xavier has the dreams of becoming a strength and conditioning coach.
