Biography

2022: Appearing in two games for the Yellow Jackets, Diaz notched one strikeout in 1.2 innings. He was an Academic All-Conference selection as well.

2021: Pitching in two games for the Yellow Jackets, Nick threw one inning and recorded one strikeout. 

2020: Nick pitched in three games.  In his two innings of play, he recorded one strikeout while allowing just three hits.  As a fielder, he registered one catch and one assist at Schreiner.  He was named to the Academic All-Conference team at the end of the season.

2019: Made one mound appearance versus Southwestern (TX) for the Jackets.

High School: Nick went to Guyer High School in Denton, Texas.

Personal: Nick is studying Kinesiology and aspires to be a baseball coach. He is the son of Eric and Michele Diaz and has two siblings.
