Biography

2022: Appearing in three games for HPU, Keate scored one run.

2021: Appearing in 13 games for the Yellow Jackets, Gage recorded five hits in 24 at-bats with two RBI. He also recorded five runs. He was 1-for-1 in stolen base attempts. As a fielder, he registered 40 catches, 19 putouts, and 15 assists.

Previous College: Gage attended Minnesota Post Grad in Woodbury, Minnesota, playing one season of baseball before transferring to Howard Payne.

HS: Gage participated in baseball and wrestling while attending Wimberly High School in Wimberly, Texas.  While there, he was Second Team All-District in 2018-19 while his team was bi-district champions.

Personal: Gage is the son of Kyle and Jennifer Keate and has three siblings.  He is pursuing a degree in marketing and hopes to earn his masters and start his own business.
